There are a few parts to the first half of this session. The very first will simply consist of you and Joel getting to know each other better. Hypnosis is based on trust and feeling entirely relaxed and at ease. Please be straightforward and honest with Joel or any of our office staff if there is any moment that you feel less than comfortable.

You and Joel will also go over your initial questionnaire, and any current challenges you're facing. Follow-up questions will be cleared up in regards to the questionnaire, and Joel will answer any questions you may have about hypnosis. Then, both you and Joel will work together on the suggestions and/or affirmations that will be used during your hypnotherapy sessions moving forward.

The second half will be your hypnotherapy session. Joel will first begin to guide you through a relaxing meditation induction to help ease your mind into the natural state of hypnosis. Once in that highly focused state of awareness; Joel will venture to the root or base of the matter, reprogram your unconscious mind to remove bad habits and unhealthy thinking like judgment, self-doubt, and negativity, and replace them with positive and proactive thinking specific to each program.

After this session you may feel empowered, with new understandings, and a sense of satisfaction!


Length - Up to 45 minutes

After your first session you will receive a self-hypnosis audiobook that is tailored to your specific needs. You will need to listen to this program for 21 consecutive days. Depending on your preference, you may request a script version which will be sent to you via email. You would have to read the script on a daily basis for 21 consecutive days.

It is said that it takes three weeks or 21 days to form a new habit. This may or may not be true for you but it is recommended that you follow this time frame. If you feel that you need more time, you can continue to listen to the recording or read through the script until you feel that you have achieved your desired goal.

You can listen to your program/read your script at any time, day or night. It is completely up to each person, and will not change the effectiveness of the program.
